1. Using MedTrip Vietnam
These terms apply to use of the MedTrip Vietnam website and requests for assistance made through it. Read them together with our Privacy Policy and Medical Disclaimer. Separate written arrangements for a specific coordination service, if agreed, govern that service alongside rights that cannot be excluded by law.
2. Our role and healthcare providers
MedTrip Vietnam helps users explore healthcare information, connect with providers and coordinate appointment requests in Vietnam. MedTrip is not a hospital, a treating clinician or an emergency service. Healthcare providers are responsible for assessment, diagnosis, treatment, clinical consent and clinical records.
You choose whether to engage a provider. The provider’s clinical terms and applicable patient rights govern your care. Listing a treatment or provider does not guarantee availability, suitability, accreditation or a particular result.
3. Requests and appointment confirmation
A consultation button, form or message starts an enquiry; it does not confirm an appointment or treatment. Dates, location, provider availability, required records and preparation must be checked and confirmed separately. Confirm the final details before making non-refundable travel arrangements. Messages are handled through the contact channels shown; the website does not promise an immediate response.
4. Prices, payments, changes and refunds
Any indicative information is not a binding quote. Obtain an itemized written quote from the relevant provider, including currency, included services, exclusions, extra tests and follow-up. If MedTrip proposes a separate coordination fee, its scope and price must be disclosed and accepted before that service is supplied.
Payment recipient, cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions must be agreed with the party supplying the service before payment. The website does not accept card payments or confirm receipt of money through the enquiry form. MedTrip does not promise refunds for payments made to third parties; statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
5. Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact and enquiry information and share another person’s information only with proper authority. A parent or lawful representative should arrange requests for a child or a person who cannot act independently. Follow the treating team’s instructions, obtain appropriate travel advice and arrange necessary insurance, documentation and follow-up.
Do not submit unlawful, abusive or misleading material, impersonate another person, access systems without permission or interfere with the website. We may restrict misuse proportionately, subject to applicable law.
6. Website content and intellectual property
Content is provided for general information and may be updated. Verify important clinical, price, qualification and availability details with the provider. Illustrative or sample content is not evidence of real credentials or outcomes.
MedTrip Vietnam branding and original website content, and third-party materials identified on the site, remain subject to their owners’ rights. You may use information for personal research. Republishing, commercial reuse or use of another person’s images requires an appropriate permission or legal basis.
7. External services and availability
Messaging, email, maps, healthcare facilities and travel services operate independently and may have their own terms. We do not control their systems or guarantee uninterrupted access. We may maintain or change the website; if a channel is unavailable, use another listed contact method. Do not use website availability as a substitute for urgent medical assistance.
8. Responsibility and protected rights
MedTrip is responsible for its own services as required by applicable law and any specific agreement. Clinical decisions and treatment are the responsibility of the treating provider. This allocation does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limit mandatory consumer, patient or privacy rights. No statement on the website guarantees a clinical result, visa, travel arrangement or appointment slot.
9. Questions, complaints and applicable law
Send service questions or complaints to contact@medtripvietnam.com or +84 983 209 904 with the relevant enquiry details. We will review the matter and seek a practical resolution. Clinical complaints should also be raised with the treating provider.
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law, without removing mandatory protections that apply to you. If a dispute is not resolved by discussion, the parties may use the competent authority or court under applicable law. Nothing prevents you from exercising a lawful complaint or other remedy.
10. Updates and language
The date on this page identifies this version. Updated terms apply to future website use and requests; they do not retrospectively remove rights under an existing agreement. English and Vietnamese versions are provided for convenience. If a material difference affects your service, contact MedTrip for written clarification; mandatory legal protections prevail.
